GREENE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

A man wanted by a Region 8 sheriff's office is in custody.

The Greene County Sheriff's Department announced on their Facebook page Wednesday that Kyle Gunn was arrested.

Gunn was the department's most wanted suspect in March.

He was wanted on seven counts of felony theft by receiving, according to an earlier department post.

Sheriff David Carter told Region 8 News Gunn was arrested in Kennett.

The department received tips that Gunn frequented the Missouri area so they reached out to the Dunklin County Sheriff's Department and the Kennett Police Department for help.

Kennett police received a call about a suspicious person near a bank and when they arrived they found Gunn.

Gunn was taken into custody and later transported to the Greene County Jail.

The Facebook post concluded with a "thank you" to the public for help in locating Gunn.

Carter also said he would like to thank Kennett police and Dunklin County Sheriff's Dept. for their assistance in the case.
