JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A man died after being pulled from a river in Sharp County Saturday.
The Sharp County Sheriff's Department responded to a possible drowning at Spring River around 4:30 p.m.
According to Sheriff Counts with the Sharp County Sheriff's Department, it happened at the Riverbend Park.
Dylan Stewart, 22, of Jacksonville was pulled from the river.
Witnesses started CPR on Stewart until a Spring River ambulance service showed up.
Later, the coroner pronounced Stewart dead at the scene.
Hardy Fire and Rescue also helped in the recovery effort.
Stewart leaves behind two children and a wife.
According to a GoFundMe account started by his classmates, Stewart was on his honeymoon at the time of this tragic accident.
