JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

The Foundation of Arts in Jonesboro has a big weekend planned.

Kicking off Friday is a performance of Alice in Wonderland, A Ballet.

The timeless classic will be performed on Friday, Saturday, and Monday, May 6-7 and 9, at 7:30 p.m. at The Forum, at 115 E. Monroe Ave.

An additional performance will be Sunday at 2 p.m.

In conjunction with the ballet, Arts in the Parks is also scheduled for Saturday, May 7, from noon until 6:30 p.m.

The FOA Arts in the Park is free and offers trivia, BBQ, bingo, local bands, and a bake sale.

Arts in the Park will be in Forum Park across the street from The Forum.

Those attending Arts in the Park can watch The Follies featuring local musicians, beginning at 4 p.m.

Listeners can donate money toward their favorite performers to help raise money for the Foundation of Arts programs.

Kristi Pulliam, executive director, said this weekend will offer an event for everyone.
