All suspects wanted for 'Operation MISSCO in May' in custody

BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) -

May 24 Update: All three people wanted in connection with Operation MISSCO in May are now in custody. 

According to Captain Scott Adams, Finch surrendered Tuesday morning. 

Finch and Clark appeared in Blytheville District Court where probable cause was found for each.

Clark's bond was set at $2,000. Finch was given a $2,500 signature bond.

Jackson also surrendered to police while they were in court. 

He has not been arraigned yet.


May 23 Update: Teresa Clark was arrested at her work in Osceola around 4:30 p.m. Monday.


Three more people are wanted in a county-wide sex offender check.

Quinderious Finch, 23, Teresa Clark, 45, and Karl Jackson, 42, are all wanted for failing to register.

The three are level 2 offenders.

Captain Scott Adams, Criminal Investigation Division Commander for the Blytheville Police Department released the names of those wanted Monday.

Operation MISSCO in May originally happened during the first week of the month to verify sex offender registration compliance in Mississippi County, according to the Mississippi County Sheriff's Office.
