SEARCY, AR (KAIT) - An Arkansas man accused of killing his son plead no contest in court and was sentenced to 40 years in prison, according to several media reports out of Little Rock.
Jeff Clifton was charged with 2nd-degree murder and abuse of a corpse. His no contest plea means he will not appear in court for trial.
Malik Drummond disappeared from his home in 2014 and his body was found in Jackson County after police made an arrest.
