Man arrested for stealing Abilities Unlimited truck

BONO, AR (KAIT) -

Police arrested a man who stole a vehicle belonging to Abilities Unlimited in Jonesboro when they learned he was sitting in a Jonesboro jail, according to police.

Bono Police Detective Jordon Kennedy said Billy Keifer was charged theft Tuesday.

According to Kennedy, Keifer stole a truck off of the Kum and Go parking lot in Bono on May 16th. 

Officers found the truck wrecked in Hoover, Alabama a few days later.

Keifer was arrested and sent to the Craighead County Detention Center on a forgery charge, where Kennedy discovered him.

A district judge gave Keifer a $10,000 bond.
