MOUNTAIN HOME, AR (KAIT) - Deputies arrested three people after a probation home visit turned up syringes and meth.
Thursday morning Baxter County sheriff's deputies conducted a probation/parole visit on a house in the 700-block of County Road 714.
During a search of the home, Sheriff John Montgomery said officers "found a small amount of methamphetamine and numerous items of drug paraphernalia" including syringes, spoons, baggies, and other items used to consume or process meth.
Those arrested and their charges are:
- Jessie Darlene Langston, 50, of Mountain Home—possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), failure to appear (misdemeanor), parole violation (felony). Her bond is $1,940 on the new charges. She is currently being held without bond on the parole violation.
- Joshua James Langston, 31, of Mountain Home—possession of a controlled substance-meth (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), parole violation (felony). His bond is $2,500 on the new charges. He is being held without bond on the parole violation.
- Jackie Dale Stacy, 44, of Mountain Home—Possession of drug paraphernalia (felony). Bond set at $1,500.
The 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force and the Mountain Home Police Department assisted the sheriff's office in the arrests.
