Corning residents injured in Butler County accident

BUTLER COUNTY, MO (KAIT) -

Two Corning residents were injured in an accident in Butler County Sunday morning.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Tommy and Regina Aden were traveling southbound on U. S. Highway 67 around 6:00 Sunday morning when their car hit a guard rail and concrete bridge.

The car then overturned and caught fire.

The crash happened on U. S. Highway 67 at the intersection of Highway 142 in Neelyville.

Regina Aden was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Memorial Medical Center by ambulance with moderate injuries.

Tommy Aden was flown by Air Evac to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau with serious injuries.
