Batesville woman among those injured in deadly crash

STONE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

A Region 8 woman was among those injured in a deadly crash in Stone County.

Arkansas State Police released information Saturday about the crash that happened on the morning of June 6.

George Jefferson Bryan, 82, of Marcella, AR was killed in the incident, according to ASP.

The crash happened on Arkansas Highway 14 east.

Police state a vehicle driven by Helen Bryan, also of Marcella, was exiting a private drive, making a left turn onto Highway 14.

The vehicle, according to ASP, pulled into the path of a westbound vehicle.

Bobbi Vickers of Batesville and an unnamed juvenile were in the second vehicle.

Helen Bryan, Vickers, and the juvenile were injured in the crash and taken to hospitals in Batesville and Little Rock.
