TRUMANN, AR (KAIT) -

A dog severely wounded before being rescued by the Trumann Arkansas Pet Savers is now ready to find his forever home.

The puppy, named Trip, was found with most of his left leg missing. It was probably due to being caught in some sort of trap.

According to a post on the organization’s Facebook page, having just three legs doesn’t slow Tripp down at all.

He is 7 months old, up-to-date on his shots, neutered and heartworm negative.

The shelter said he is even potty-trained.

Trip’s foster family adores him, but it’s time for him to get adopted.

If you are interested in bringing Trip into your home, contact the Trumann Arkansas Pet Savers through their Facebook page.

Thanksgiving is a time to be with loved ones and enjoy good food, but since that is not an option for everyone, members of the Jonesboro community came together to make sure as many people as possible were fed.
