Police: $3,600 worth of meth found hidden in graham cracker box

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

During a recent traffic stop, Jonesboro police found something unexpected inside of a Scooby Doo graham cracker box: $3,600 worth of meth.

Officer Stephen Eaton reported finding the drugs during a traffic stop Tuesday morning at 1213 N. Church St.

According to the initial incident report, 29-year-old Sevanah-Em Hanakeawe Williams of Jonesboro gave Eaton consent to search the white Ford Explorer she was driving.

During the search, Eaton reported he found a graham cracker box containing 36 grams of meth under the back seat, directly behind the driver's seat.  

Eaton then searched Williams' purse and reportedly found an alprazolam pill.  

Eaton took Williams to the Craighead County Detention Center where she is being held on suspicion of possession of meth or cocaine greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams and possession of a Schedule IV or V less than 28 grams. She is awaiting a probable cause hearing.
