JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Four juveniles were in circuit court in Jonesboro Wednesday, charged in a series of home break-ins from last week.

The suspects range in age from 12-17.

They are accused of breaking into seven homes in and around the Sandino Drive area in North Jonesboro.

Shay Racy, the Jonesboro Police Department detective working the case, said 15 guns were among the items stolen in the burglaries.

Eight of the stolen weapons were handguns; the other seven were long guns. Several of the weapons have been returned to the rightful owners.

The juveniles are facing charges of burglary and theft of firearms.

Because all four suspects are being charged as juveniles, their names are not being released.
