A West Memphis woman was arrested for Medicaid fraud, according to a press release from Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge.

The Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit arrested Andrea Jefferson, 26, of West Memphis, who turned herself into the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office.

She was arrested on one felony count of Medicaid fraud.

The services totaled $469.28.

Jefferson was cited and released.

She is scheduled to appear in Pulaski County District Court in August.
