JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Police arrested a North Carolina man after an incident at a Jonesboro fast food restaurant.

A Jonesboro police officer responded to Wendy's, 2308 E. Parker Rd., Sunday about 7:30 p.m. for a problem with a customer.

The officer reportedly found Nathan Hurst, 30, of Stokes, NC, in the register area leaning on the rails to keep his balance. According to the Jonesboro police report, Hurst had extremely bloodshot, watery eyes and the officer noted a strong smell of intoxicants on his breath.

Hurst was reportedly mad at employees for not giving him butter and sour cream for his baked potato. He also said the person working the drive-through was rude.

During the incident, Hurst called employees the "n-word" twice while the officer was speaking with him, the report states.

Hurst was arrested and cited for public intoxication.

He was given a court date for Monday and a $205 surety bond.
