A Jonesboro woman and murder suspect out on bond is being charged with a terroristic act, according to court documents filed in district court.
According to the report,on July 3, Tonisha N. Mitchell fired several shots at a home and one person in the 3200-block of Fairview.
On July 11, District Court Judge Keith Blackman found probable cause to charge Mitchell with a terroristic act.
Mitchell is currently out on bond after being charged with capital murder in connection to the shooting death of Nelson McCullough last year.
A court date for Mitchell in the terroristic act case has been set for August 26, 2016.
