JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Arkansas's jobless rate did not change for the month of June. Labor force data shows the state's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in June stayed at 3.8%, which is an all-time low first established in May.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics produced that data and released it Friday.
The June jobless rate for 2015 was 5.3%.
According to a report by Talk Business & Politics, there were 1,359,425 workers in Arkansas's civilian labor force receiving paychecks or unemployment compensation in June.
That is 3,147 less than the month of May.
