JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A car looses it's fight with a mobile home on Monday.
Emergency units responded to the 700-block of Craighead County Road 792 where a white car went into the front of the structure.
Region 8 resident Jimmy Davidson was driving his father home when the two spotted the vehicle.
"We were coming home from the VA Hospital and drove by and just noticed a car sticking out from underneath a trailer," Davison said. "We turned around, came back and pulled in and there was a gentleman who got out of the car."
Davidson said the driver was walking around and came up to their vehicle when they pulled in.
"He came up and said he had just woke up," Davidson said. "At that point in time, he was holding his face and not much information."
Davidson's father, Jimmy Davidson Sr., said the driver seemed disoriented.
"He was shook up," Davidson Sr. said. "That's a good thing to get shook up over. When you've got the corner of a trailer house looking over the top of your dash. That would shake anybody up."
Davidson said that the driver may not have been alone in the vehicle.
"The ambulance got him inside and checked him out and they were fixing to take him away to the hospital when he stated that there was a young lady with him," Davidson said. "We haven't seen her or anything like that. So, no evidence of her."
The white, male driver was reportedly taken from the scene to a Jonesboro hospital. His condition is unknown.
Those living in the home were not there at the time of the crash.
The Craighead County Sheriff's Department is investigating what caused the incident.
The identity of the driver and whether or not there was a passenger is unknown at this time.
