MISSOURI (KAIT/KSPR) - The Better Business Bureau wants to warn students and parents about scams that could surface in the next few weeks.
According to a report by KSPR, Mid-Missouri Better Business Bureau Regional Director Sean Spence said the scams come when students are moving to university dorms and apartments for the fall semester.
One of the most common is being overcharged for services.
That's why the BBB recommends getting price quotes from 3 moving companies before picking one for the job.
