JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro police are looking for two men who opened fire on a north Jonesboro home.

At 8:30 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a call of a large fight and gunshots in the area of Belt and State Streets.

A 30-year-old woman told Officer Brian Arnold “some guys shot at her house” while two of her male friends sat on the porch.

She said the two suspects walked up and began shooting at them from across the street, according to the initial incident report.

One of the victims said he “felt some fragments hit him” as he tried to get inside the house.

Officer Arnold searched the scene and found a bullet hole in the brick near the porch’s ceiling. He then walked across the street but found no spent shell casings. He did find three spent .380 casings in a nearby parking lot. He collected the casings and entered them into evidence.

The two male victims, according to Arnold’s report, refused to complete written statements.
