Blytheville police looking for two armed robbery suspects

BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) -

Blytheville police are looking for two individuals they say robbed a store on Friday.

According to Captain Scott Adams with Blytheville police, officers responded to an aggravated robbery at Gary’s Food Mart at 209 West Moultrie Drive just after 12:30 p.m Friday.

The cashier said two black men with handguns entered the store a cash register that had an unknown amount of money inside. The men then threatened to kill the cashier.

Video footed captured the incident.

When the call came in, the cashier said the men fled south along the railroad tracks on foot but when officers arrived, they were unable to find the men.

Blytheville police are working leads on this robbery.
