Sale of Toney estate to benefit WBC and CBC

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

The remaining estate of Jonesboro real estate investor and auctioneer Clifford Toney will sell at auction with the proceeds benefiting his alma mater Williams Baptist College and Central Baptist Church.

The auction will be held on Aug. 18 and 22.

The live real estate auction will be on Aug. 18 at 7 p.m. at Central Baptist Church.  

This part of the auction features 1.72 acres of commercial property located across from Turtle Creek Mall.  

A 20.86-acre tract of commercial/industrial land located on I-555 in Jonesboro, known as “The Pit” will also be up for sale along with Toney’s personal residence and rental home.  

The personal property will be sold online only ending on Aug. 22.   

Among the items to be sold at the personal property auction are a Taylor Acoustic guitar, G’Zan Custom handcrafted electric guitar, multiple Rolex watches, firearms, jewelry, coins, and antiques.   

SoldASAP, LLC, (Tasabah & Associates, LLC, broker) will hold the Real Estate auction live with online simulcast bidding available and the personal property online only.

Toney was 57-years-old when he died last August following a lengthy illness.
