Baxter County sheriff investigators arrested a woman on five counts of forgery on Thursday.

According to a Baxter County Sheriff’s Office release, a resident reported that Carrie A. Toth, 38, of Mountain Home received the debit number of a victim and made purchases with the card.

The victim also told police they found a defaced credit card of hers in Toth’s possession.
