GREENE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

Greene County officials found three pipe bombs near the intersection of Monroe Street and Business 49 Monday afternoon.

According to Deputy Rick Mellow, a passerby found the bombs and reported them to police.

"A guy had actually told me where they were at and actually took me and gave them to me," Greene County Sheriff David Carter said.

Deputies took possession of the bombs and detonated them on Greene County Road 814 with the help of the Arkansas State Police bomb squad.

They are still investigating where the bombs came from.

Carter said they already have plans for Tuesday.

"We have a name already of a suspect and we're going to be talking to him tomorrow probably along with the FBI," Carter said. "We're going to get the person who did this."
