Deputies searching for 2 in connection with break-in

CROSS COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

The Cross County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two people considered people of interest in a recent break-in.

The alleged break-in happened on Saturday, Aug. 13, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.

In addition, the pair may have been involved in theft and fraud.

If anyone can identify them or knows where they are, call the sheriff’s office at (870) 238-5700.

Meanwhile, deputies are investigating a vehicle break-in at the Crowley’s Ridge Country Club, 768 Highway 64B in Wynne.

A woman told investigators she parked her car around 5 p.m. on Aug. 13. When she returned at 6:45 p.m. she discovered the front window broken out. Her purse, along with car and house keys, and wallet were gone.
