JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The Jonesboro Gun and Knife Show was held on Friday at the former NEA District Fairgrounds.

Dealers auctioned off many items at the show.

Background checks were offered for those interested in buying a gun.

Junior Cliff has been a dealer for 30 years and said that the event was meant to be a good, clean environment.

Cliff wanted to remind people you have to be 21 and a resident of the state of Arkansas to own a pistol. To buy a long gun, you must be 18 and have an Arkansas driver's license.
