JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

A Jonesboro man is in jail after police say he was found passed out in a local drive through. But that is not all police said they found.

On Sunday evening Jonesboro police were dispatched for someone passed out in the pharmacy drive through at the Walmart Neighborhood Market, 3319 Harrisburg Rd.

The driver, 37-year-old Andy Thomas of Jonesboro, was incoherent and had "trouble staying awake and seemed unsure of where he was," the police report states.

Thomas was arrested after dispatch advised officers of warrants against him in Jonesboro and Craighead County.

A wrecker was called to pull the vehicle from the drive through.

While waiting on the wrecker, an officer reported seeing a small plastic bag containing what appeared to be meth. A search of the vehicle also turned up a small amount of marijuana.

In addition to previous charges, Thomas was also charged with felony possession of meth.

He awaits a probable cause hearing and is in the Craighead County Detention Center on a hold for county warrants.
