TUCKERMAN, AR (KAIT) - There will be new crossing arms and signs installed next year at a railroad crossing in Tuckerman.
According to Tuckerman Mayor Ron Koller, the Union Pacific Railroad said they will begin installation at the Allen Street crossing next spring.
Koller also said Highway 367 will be resurfaced from the south part of town, near Old Tommy's Market, to the north end of town, near the Tuckerman Motel.
The city was also awarded a $250,000 grant to resurface streets inside city limits.
That will be done in about 15 months, according to Koller.
