Man stashed meth in electronic toothbrush, later arrested

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro police say a man is facing felony drug charges after he attempted to hide meth in an electronic toothbrush.  

According to the incident report, police responded to a call about a man with a gun early Friday morning in the 300-block of Olive.  

When authorities arrived, they found 24-year-old Keith D. Mucherson at the intersection of Olive and Burke.

Mucherson told the officer he was the man police were looking for and that he had a BB gun.

The officer took the gun away from the suspect and then began searching him..  

While searching Mucherson, police found a meth pipe wrapped in blue tape and an electronic toothbrush with a small bag of meth inside.

Mucherson was arrested and taken to the Craighead County Detention Center.  

He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth or cocaine less than 2 grams.
