Jonesboro Salvation Army headed to Baton Rouge

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The Jonesboro Salvation Army is headed to Baton Rouge to help those affected by the flooding.

Lieutenant Curtis Sadler, Jonesboro Corps Officer, will deploy to the Incident Command Center in Baton Rouge and serve as the warehouse manager.

As warehouse manager, Sadler will be responsible for ensuring supplies and equipment are documented, stored, and distributed to support the disaster relief operation.

There have been 157,000 meals, 184,343 drinks, and 71,000 snacks distributed as of Sept. 4.
