City schedules ward meetings

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro city leaders will continue its series of meetings in the coming weeks in several city wards.

Residents of Ward 3 are encouraged to attend the Thursday, Sept. 8, meeting at 6 p.m. at the Central Fire Station, 3215 E. Johnson Ave.

Mayor Harold Perrin, as well as council members Ann Williams and Chris Gibson, will be in available to address residents’ concerns and questions. Several other city department heads will also be available to discuss neighborhood issues and the city in general.

Other ward meetings scheduled:

  • Ward 4: 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12, at Fire Station No. 2, 1413 W. Nettleton
  • Ward 5: 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, at Fire Station No. 4, 3909 Harrisburg
  • Ward 6: 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, at Fire Station No. 3, 2212 Brazos
