Semi-Annual Book Sale set in Hardy

HARDY, AR (KAIT) -

The dates for the Semi-Annual Book Sale sponsored by the Friends of the Library in Hardy are now set for Oct. 7 and Oct. 8. 

The event is held in the Hardy Gym and the public is welcomed to shop between 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. each day. 

Books should be delivered to the Hardy Gym only on Oct. 6 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Books may be taken to the Hardy Library until Thursday prior to the sale.  Any type of books is welcome. 

Event organizers ask that you bring your own sturdy bags to carry purchased books.  

The book sale benefits the Hardy Library, a non-profit entity, that depends on the generosity of community members. 

Volunteers are needed to help set up the sale in the Hardy Gym on Oct. 6 from 8:30 a.m. until finished at approximately 11:30 a.m. Volunteers are also needed to work at the book sale both.
