Man with AR warrant arrested in MO shooting

OREGON COUNTY, MO (KAIT) - A sheriff's department has arrested a man after a shooting in Missouri.

Robert Lewis Robinson, 48, was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff's Department during the investigation of a shooting.

A news release states the department responded to a "shooting incident" Thursday just before 9 p.m. at a residence outside of Myrtle, MO.

Investigators found Fabbian Matthew Bertholomey, 24, sustained a gunshot wound from a handgun during a fight.

He was airlifted to a Springfield hospital and is in stable condition, according to the department.

Robinson is being held on a felony warrant from Arkansas, but the sheriff's department is seeking charges against him for the shooting.
