LITTLE ROCK, AR - A former coach and dean of students in the Marked Tree School District faces sentencing on sex-related crimes this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Little Rock.

Robert Jennings, 48, pleaded guilty in February to engaging in sexual relations with a minor in 1996.  He was accused of taking an underage male Marked Tree student to St. Louis.

Jennings was to appear at 1:30 before judge Bill Wilson in the federal courthouse at Little Rock.  K8 News has since learned that sentencing has been delayed until approximately 4 p.m.   He could face up to ten years in prison.

Jennings still faces more than 20 criminal counts of sexual misconduct on local charges in the 2nd Judicial District.  He is charged with 19 counts of second degree violation of a minor, two counts of first degree violation of a minor, and two counts of rape.
