Bay woman killed in I-555 crash

POINSETT COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

A Bay woman died in a crash on Interstate 555 Sunday.

According to an Arkansas State Police crash report, Carla Elliot, 54, was driving north on I-555 around 1:08 p.m.

That was when the Honda Accord she was driving left the road and overturned at the Tulot Road overpass in Poinsett County.

Elliot died in the crash.

The report states the weather conditions were clear and the road was dry at the time of the crash.
