BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) - A Mississippi County man pleaded guilty in circuit court to the sexual assault of a minor, according to court documents.
Kyle Miller, 33, of Blytheville entered into a plea deal that will send him to prison for four years. A judge gave him credit for eight days served in the county jail.
Miller will also have to register as a sex offender.
Prosecutors charged Miller in January with sexual assault in the second degree.
Detectives with the Mississippi County Sheriff's Office arrested him for engaging in "sexual contact" with a 14-year-old girl who was known to him. The incident happened in July 2015.
