LITTLE ROCK, AR (KAIT/KARK) - A program to help reduce violence in the United States has made a difference in the nation, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Monday.
During an appearance in Little Rock, Lynch spoke about the Violence Reduction Network program, which was created in 2014.
The program seeks to leverage lessons learned, use existing government resources and an all-hands approach to deliver training and assistance to reduce violence.
The program also represents jurisdictions with unique law enforcement and local government structures, using the opportunity to help create a model of delivery for training and technical assistance.
