Second victim has died after Monday night crash

SHARP COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

Wednesday UPDATE: Two people injured in a crash in Sharp County Monday night have now died. 

According to Hardy Police Chief Scott Rose, Zach Allis died Wednesday from injuries sustained in the crash. 

Family members told Region 8 News that Rayn Schultz also died from her injuries Wednesday. Police did confirm Schultz was a victim of the crash. 


Four people were injured Monday night following a one-vehicle crash in Sharp County.

According to Dave Lawrence, with the Ravenden Fire Department, it happened around 6:45 p.m. along Highway 63, close to Martin Creek.

Lawrence said three people were airlifted from the scene and one person was hospitalized.

Lawrence said Arkansas State Police helped work the accident.

Public Information Officer Bill Sadler with ASP said a crash report investigation has not been completed.
