A-State Football displayed winning attitude at practice

A-State football not where they wanted to be at this point in the season, and after the loss to UCA, the team knows something has to change.

Work ethic and attitude were big points today at A-State practice. Players trying to motivate one another to do better, push harder, run that extra step in order to try and right their ship this season.

And players say they noticed a difference at today's practice.

"We were always having good practices, you know obviously everyone was doing what they were supposed to do. The issue is nobody was going above and beyond and that's what we are trying to do. Everybody holding each other accountable and go to the next level," A-State defensive lineman Jake Swalley said.

"We just going back to what we used to do and that's running off the field and doing the little things right. Making sure we stay intense and practice the way we do," A-State defensive back Cody Brown said.
