PIGGOTT, AR (KAIT) -

According to Arkansas State Police, the two suspects who led police on a high-speed chase Sunday are expected to be in court Tuesday morning.

Sadine Dixon, who was hit by a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy and died during the chase, lived in Piggott her entire life.

Dixon was 84-years-old but despite her age she still maintained her own garden and, according to one of her former employers, she retired only two years ago.

“She would just be planting her flowers, just a beautiful lady, she's going to be missed by all,” said Laura French who went to church with Dixon.

“She was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met,” said Stew Dehls, a resident of Piggott. “I can't believe she got killed because she wasn't old enough yet.”

Many expressed sympathy for the families of everyone involved, including the sheriff's department.
