CLAY COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

The two suspects accused of leading authorities on a multi-state chase are now facing several charges, including murder.

According to Clay County court documents, Robert Huffines, 36, of Holcomb, Missouri and Lea Mamino, 32, of Collinsville, Illinois face felony charges including murder, fleeing, theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Huffines was also charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.

Huffines and Mamino are suspected of leading police on a weekend chase in a stolen vehicle.

Sadine Dixon of Piggott, a person unrelated to the chase, was killed during the police pursuit after a collision with a Clay County sheriff's deputy.

The affidavit for Huffines indicates law enforcement attempted to stop a vehicle in Kennett, MO when it fled. Police chased the vehicle into Clay County and it eventually ended in Paragould when it hit a concrete retaining wall.

Arkansas State Police indicates the suspect's vehicle reached over 90 miles per hour.

The registered license plate on the vehicle was taken off and replaced with another plate.

Court documents state Huffines and Mamino appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants and/or controlled substances at the time of their arrests.

In addition, a post-crash search of the vehicle "resulted in the seizure of drug paraphernalia related the to use and ingestion of methamphetamine."

Bond for the pair was set at $500,000, each.

They will appear in court again on Jan. 10, 2017.
