JPD investigating midnight break-in at pharmacy

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Burglars stole nearly a dozen bottles of promethazine during a midnight break-in at a Jonesboro pharmacy.

At 12:39 a.m. Tuesday police responded to an alarm at AllCare Pharmacy, 1112 Windover.

Surveillance video showed two men use a brick wrapped in a woman’s undershirt to break the glass, the incident report stated.

Once inside, the suspects stole 11 bottles of different kinds of promethazine.

The suspects were described as being in their 20s, weighing 150 to 170 pounds, and 5’8” to 6’. One suspect had a red bandana covering his face, the other wore a white bandana.

Both men wore gloves and dark clothing.
