JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

A Jonesboro woman told police a man wanting to help her with yard work didn't take the hint when she refused his services.

The 21-year-old woman, according to an incident report from Jonesboro police, told Officer Nathaniel Cole she was concerned about a black male who continued to "randomly show up on her property."

She said her first interaction with the man was on Sept. 29 at a home on Altman Ave.

He reportedly knocked on her door and asked if she wanted him to mow her lawn. She told him no and also said the man was "overtly looking into her residence" as they were talking.

The next day the woman said she came home and the same man was mowing her lawn. She told him she didn't want his help with anything.

According to the report, the man asked the woman about security around her home and if she carried a gun. Then he told the woman he knew what she drove along with what her boyfriend drove and her schedule.

The woman said the suspect's name was possibly "John" and that he might live in the area. She also gave a picture of the potential suspect to police.

No arrests have been made in this case.
