Catfish returning to Jonesboro cafe

Catfish returning to Jonesboro cafe

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Last month the owners of Catfish Café, 1820 S. Main, decided to "go fishing for good."

After 17 years of business, they closed down their restaurant.

But loyal customers need not fear. They will soon be able to get their fill of catfish and hush puppies at that location.

Latonya Turner, manager of Murdock's Catfish, told Region 8 News that they will open a new restaurant in the location across from Jonesboro High School.

Turner could not say when they plan to open, but said it would be "sometime soon."
