JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

For the second time in less than three months, the Craighead County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a missing child sex offender.

On Sunday, Oct. 30, Deputy Jeania Burns, went to a home on County Road 122 to conduct a residency verification on 33-year-old Tasha M. Losacco.

Her father told Burns he had not seen his daughter, who lives with him, in “at least three weeks.”

He said Losacco did not have a car or a cell phone; however, he said she tends to “hang out on Huntington Avenue.”

Losacco, a Level 2 child sex offender, is required by law to register her current address to local law enforcement and to inform police 10 days before moving.

This is the second time since August that she has failed to comply with the sex offender registry, according to documents from the sheriff’s department. Deputies arrested her on Aug. 4 for the same offense.

Anyone with information on Losacco’s whereabouts should call the sheriff’s office at 870-933-4551.
