JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Add another name to the growing list of Jonesboro pharmacies burglarized in the last month.

Around 3 a.m. Friday, someone used a brick to shatter the front door of Gibson’s Pharmacy, 403 E. Matthews.

Once inside, according to the initial incident report, the thief stole $4,155.35 worth of drugs.

The store’s owner, Brian Oholendt, provided police a list of the drugs taken, which included Focalin, a stimulant used to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder; Lunesta, a sedative for the treatment of insomnia; Endocet, an acetaminophen/oxycodone pain medication; and Promethazine, an antihistamine.

Friday morning’s burglary was the latest in a string of recent pharmacy break-ins.

Anyone with information that can help police find the culprits, should call Crimestoppers at 870-935-STOP to leave an anonymous tip.
