CABOT, AR (KAIT) - The Better Business Bureau is investigating an organization that is targeting high school students in Arkansas.
According to KATV, parents across central Arkansas are getting a letter in the mail addressed to their child from an organization called C3. It's based in Las Vegas, NV.
The letter said the student is scheduled to participate in an education group presentation.
The presentation, the letter claims, comes at no costs.
Jessica Rogers's daughter received the letter.
After doing research, she told KATV that she found people have actually paid thousands of dollars to this organization.
C3 did not comment when confronted by KATV.
The BBB urges anyone who receives the letter to report it online. Just go to their website, www.bbb.org/arkansas.
