LITTLE ROCK, AR (KAIT/KATV) - Funding was assigned to cover the cost of implementing the Medical Marijuana Amendment in Arkansas, but it may take longer than expected.
KATV reports $3 million from rainy day funds was allocated for the Department of Finance and Administration along with the Department of Health.
