Man sentenced to 30 years for beating, stabbing disabled veteran

LUXORA, AR (KAIT) - The Osceola District Court convicted and sentenced 25-year-old Terrell Harrell to 30 years in prison on Friday, Dec. 8 for an aggravated robbery and kidnapping of 68-year-old Robert Birmingham back in March 2015.

Harrell was also convicted of second-degree battery, theft of a firearm, and fraudulent usage of a credit card.

Birmingham was asleep in his bed back in March 2015 when Harrell and a co-defendant broke into his home and bound, gagged and stabbed Birmingham before throwing him into the backseat of his truck and holding him at gunpoint.
