ENGLAND, AR - The head of the federal agriculture department is to be in Arkansas today for a tour of a farm with Senator Blanche Lincoln.  Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns is to visit a farm in England in southern Lonoke County.

Johanns promised to visit when Lincoln agreed to support Charles Conner for the #2 spot in the Ag Department.

Lincoln promises Johanns a "first-hand look" at what President Bush's proposed budget could do to Southern farmers.

Lincoln says taxpayers spend more in one month on interest on the national debt than they spend all year on the entire Agriculture Department.
