Strawberry Pizza

For the crust:

1/2 C Egg Substitute
3/4 C Sugar
2/3 C All Purpose Flour
2 t Baking Powder
1 1/2 t Vanilla Flavoring

Mix egg substitute, sugar and flour sifted with baking powder. Add vanilla flavoring. Spray pizza pan with a non-stick spray. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

For the topping:

1/2 C Confectioners Sugar
8 oz. Fat-free Cream Cheese
1 Quart Sliced Fresh Strawberries

Mix together confectioners sugar and cream cheese. Spread on top of crust. Arrange strawberries on top. Cut in pie-shaped wedges and serve immediately.

Optional: Dribble melted chocolate on top or top with a dairy topping.

    Independence County's recycling program is costing the county thousands of dollars.

    According to Judge Robert Griffin of Independence County, they're burning more hydrocarbons traveling through remote areas than what they're saving through recycling.
